26th Hard frost. Early sunshine, clouding over later. Remaining very cold. 2.2 C -7.4 C _  
27th Milder start. Slow thaw, but snow still lying to 4.0cm at 0900. Rain late evening and overnight. 3.2 C -4.9 C 6.0 mm
28th Rain clearing overnight. Patchy snow still lying (1.0cm at 0900), but rapid thaw during the day. 5.2 C 0.9 C 0.1 mm
29th Persistent fog with outbreaks of light rain or drizzle. 6.3 C 2.4 C 1.5 mm
